Seven people were rescued and one person remains missing in a boating accident in Boston Harbor early Saturday.
At around 3 a.m., a center console boat with eight people on board struck a day marker, “causing the eight to enter the water,” the U.S. Coast Guard said.
Authorities responded to the incident and seven people were recovered, including five transported by Boston EMS to a hospital, Boston Fire said.
The names and ages of the recovered boaters were not disclosed.
Now, an inter-agency search is underway for the missing boater.
