The best musical to ever hit Australia– Dave Hughes, 2DAY-FM

A West End sensation and inspired by the hit film, the musical tells the story of Doralee, Violet and Judy, three enterprising co-workers pushed to the limit by their mean-spirited boss Franklin Hart Jnr. Using wit, camaraderie and cunning, they dream up a limitless scheme to kidnap and turn the tables on their controlling supervisor in the most hilarious and provocative way. The only question is whether the fiery trio will manage to change the culture of the office to reach their full potential – or will events unfold when the CEO pays an unexpected visit?

With a sparkling score by Dolly Parton and a book by the iconic film’s original screenwriter, Patricia Resnick, 9 to 5 is the quintessential feel-good show for its time. Full of playfulness, laughter and affection, it’s golden carat fun!
