NCSD’s Summer Sun Digital Magazine Compiles Camps, Programs and Resources to Keep Kids Engaged

CASPER, Wyo – The Natrona County School District released a free online magazine to help parents find ways to keep children engaged in learning and connected to resources in early summer.

“Our Summer Sun digital magazine is a wonderful tool created with the goal of sharing great low cost or free resources and activities available in our community to keep students active and engaged throughout the summer months,” said NCSD spokeswoman Tanya Southerland in a statement Friday.

“It’s so important not only to have fun during the summer months, but to continue to participate in learning opportunities. Our valued community organizations provide a variety of fantastic family opportunities during the summer for the community! Southerland said.

  • Summer school opportunities
  • Food service information and locations
  • Registration forms for Boys and Girls Club of Central Wyoming
  • Information on YMCA, Casper Planetarium and Science Zone activities
  • And more!
